You can also add comments after your weight. Set goals for yourself and we'll tweet back about your progress!

Setting Goals:

@tweetweight goal your_goal_weight
@tweetweight goaldate your_goal_date

You can send any valid date format and we should be able to interpret what you mean.

If you've got older data, email it to tw@tweetweight and we'll enter your old weights into the database. Any 'ole format will do, so long as there's a date associated with a weight.
